The Principal Organisational Objectives


1. To repeal and replace the mandate of the National
    Khoisan Council (NKC). 
2. Replace the NKC with a more representative structure 
    to be called the Southern Africa Khoi and San Kingdom
    Council.
3.  Interact with South Africa government and agencies as       well as international bodies.
4.  To Repeal the Rits Treaty, The Cape Royal Council of
     Khoekhoe and Tribal Leaders, The Western Cape
     legislative Khoisan Council, FINSA, IRASA and all
     other entities previously mandated to speak on behalf
     the Khoi and San People.
5.   To take control of historical territories of the Khoi and
      San inclusive of the land and mineral resources, the
      sea and its marine resources.
6.   Monitoring related  to local, regional, national and
     global issues of cultural and sustainable development.

Board of Trustee Obligations

1. General control of the trust assets.
2. Engage local and international government agencies.
3. Ensure restoring " First Nation" status , dignity  and
    historical land, language and culture rights of the Khoi
    and San People.
4. Trace historical ancestral maps, diaries, logbooks and
    artefacts.
5. To acquire land, facilities  and restore historical
    physical structures.
6. Purchase or acquire  land, buildings, plant and
    machinery, shareholding and every kind of moveable        and immovable property.
7. Manage all property  and assets.
8. Acquire by any means, protect and renew indigenous
   systems, patent rights, licenses, trademarks and
   concessions.
9. To borrow, lend, invest money in any manner within
    approved banking arrangements.
10.Amalagamate with other Khoi and San Councils
